Masonry & Plaster Stabilizing Primer is a water-based primer intended for plaster and concrete surfaces both inside and outside. Chalky/dusty plaster and putty and porous and absorbent plaster and concrete surfaces can be sealed with the primer. New concrete floors must dry for at least three months before being painted.

Finish outdoors with Exterior Masonry. Concrete floors are finished with Modern Eggshell. Porous interior walls that have been sealed with Masonry & Plaster Stabilizing primer are then painted with Wall & Ceiling Primer before being finished with Estate Emulsion or Modern Emulsion.

Only available in 5 liters, which is enough for up to 100 square meters.
