Terms of Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n

The seller may request payment for the item once it has been shipped from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of order. The card will be charged on the same day the item is shipped. For invoice payments, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the item is shipped. The payment term is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from the date of receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by invoice after delivery.<\/p>\n

Pricing<\/strong>
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK), including VAT.<\/p>\n

Sales<\/strong>
Our online store currently serves customers within Sweden. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at info@gad.se for a shipping quote.<\/p>\n

Order Confirmation<\/strong>
An order confirmation for your purchase will be sent to you by email within one business day of placing your order.<\/p>\n

Packaging<\/strong>
We care about the environment and therefore reuse packaging materials from other suppliers whenever possible when preparing our shipments. As a result, the outer packaging may feature logos or branding from companies other than those you have ordered from. However, your item will always come in its original packaging. We hope you, like us, appreciate the effort to reduce costs \u2014 including your shipping costs \u2014 and see the value in recycling and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/strong>
We offer payment by card and Klarna.  <\/p>\n

Shipping<\/strong>
The shipping cost is 69 SEK for orders under 500 SEK from our G.A.D Details collection. Orders of 500 SEK or more are shipped free of charge.<\/p>\n

You are also welcome to pick up your item at our store in Visby, located at Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A, 621 56 Visby. This option is, of course, free of charge regardless of the purchase amount.<\/p>\n

Our furniture is always delivered free of charge with curbside delivery (to the curb or property boundary).<\/p>\n

Shipping methods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Smaller items are shipped via Schenker to the nearest pickup point, while larger items and furniture are delivered on a pallet to the customer\u2019s home. The carrier will notify you prior to delivery. Indoor delivery is not included.<\/p>\n

We will send you a delivery confirmation by email when the items leave our warehouse.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alla produkter utom v\u00e5ra m\u00f6bler kan returneras inom 14 dagar efter att ni f\u00e5tt er leverans. G\u00e4ller ej om produktens n\u00e4rmaste skyddsf\u00f6rpackning \u00e4r bruten.<\/p>\n

V\u00e5ra m\u00f6bler kan inte returneras d\u00e5 de \u00e4r tillverkade specifikt f\u00f6r kund.<\/p>\n

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items from our outlet collection, as these are sold as final sale. <\/p>\n

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. (HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR FURNITURE).<\/p>\n

En returfraktsedel \u00e4r bifogad i ditt paket. Retur f\u00e5r ej ske som postf\u00f6rskott eller efterkrav. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att l\u00e4mna varan till G.A.D  Butik & Showroom i Visby p\u00e5 Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A.<\/p>\n

If you cancel your purchase and return an item to us, the cost of the item will be refunded to you.
An order delivered via Schenker and not collected within 14 days will be returned to G.A.D at your expense.<\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong>
Our furniture has a delivery time of 6\u201312 weeks, as each piece is made to order by our craftsmen.<\/p>\n

Claims and Warranty<\/strong>
Alla produkter har ett \u00e5rs garanti samt tre \u00e5rs reklamationsr\u00e4tt enligt konsumentk\u00f6plagen. Garantin g\u00e4ller fr\u00e5n produktens ursprungliga ink\u00f6psdatum och i Sverige. Ink\u00f6pskvittot eller orderbekr\u00e4ftelsen ska uppvisas. Om varan \u00e4r defekt eller om vi har skickat fel vara st\u00e5r vi f\u00f6r returporto. Kontakta oss snarast eller senast inom 14 dagar p\u00e5 info@gad.se om du vill g\u00f6ra en reklamation.<\/p>\n

Please make sure to package the item carefully, in the same way it was packaged when you received it, as you are responsible for the item during transport. The item must always be returned to G.A.D. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send you a replacement, carry out a repair, or refund the cost of the item.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in pricing, product information, and stock availability. We also reserve the right to correct any such inaccuracies, even after a purchase has been completed.<\/p>\n
