Refund Policy
All products, except our furniture, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply if the product’s immediate protective packaging has been opened.
Our furniture cannot be returned, as each piece is made to order specifically for the customer.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items from our outlet collection, as these are sold as final sale.
Som kund har du alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt enligt distansavtalslagen. Det innebär att om du köper en vara på Internet, har du möjlighet att ångra köpet inom 14 dagar räknat från den dag du tagit emot varan. Observera att detta inte innefattar färg och tapeter från Farrow & Ball eller beställningsvaror som möbler som tillverkas direkt för dig. Kontakta alltid oss via e-post på info@gad.se innan du returnerar varan. Brevet ska innehålla ordernummer, eventuellt fakturanummer och vilka varor du vill returnera.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all protective materials. Free return shipping applies to items sent as parcels (not pallet deliveries). A return shipping label is included in your package. Returns may not be sent cash on delivery (COD) or with payment on delivery. You are also welcome to return your item in person at the G.A.D Store & Showroom in Visby, located at Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A.
If you cancel your purchase and return an item to us, the cost of the item will be refunded to you by Klarna.
An order delivered via Schenker and not collected within 14 days will be returned to G.A.D at your expense.
Claims and Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty and a three-year right to claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The warranty is valid from the original purchase date and within Sweden. Proof of purchase or the order confirmation must be presented. If the item is defective or if we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible, or no later than within 14 days, at shop@gad.se if you wish to make a claim.
Please make sure to package the item carefully, in the same way it was packaged when you received it, as you are responsible for the item during transport. The item must always be returned to G.A.D. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send you a replacement, carry out a repair, or refund the cost of the item.
Transport damage
Om en transportskada skulle uppstå ber vi dig att göra en anmälan om skadan till vår kundtjänst via e-post info@gad.se. Vi följer konsumentverkets riktlinjer och anmälan ska göras inom skälig tid efter det att du märkt eller borde ha märkt felet.
Reservation
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in pricing, product information, and stock availability. We also reserve the right to correct any such inaccuracies, even after a purchase has been completed.
