Terms of Purchase

The seller may request payment for the item once it has been shipped from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of order. The card will be charged on the same day the item is shipped. For invoice payments, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the item is shipped. The payment term is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from the date of receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by invoice after delivery.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK), including VAT.

Sales
Our online store currently serves customers within Sweden. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at info@gad.se for a shipping quote.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation for your purchase will be sent to you by email within one business day of placing your order.

Packaging
We care about the environment and therefore reuse packaging materials from other suppliers whenever possible when preparing our shipments. As a result, the outer packaging may feature logos or branding from companies other than those you have ordered from. However, your item will always come in its original packaging. We hope you, like us, appreciate the effort to reduce costs — including your shipping costs — and see the value in recycling and sustainability.

Payments
We offer payment by card and Klarna.  

Shipping
The shipping cost is 69 SEK for orders under 500 SEK from our G.A.D Details collection. Orders of 500 SEK or more are shipped free of charge.

You are also welcome to pick up your item at our store in Visby, located at Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A, 621 56 Visby. This option is, of course, free of charge regardless of the purchase amount.

Our furniture is always delivered free of charge with curbside delivery (to the curb or property boundary).

Shipping methods

Smaller items are shipped via Schenker to the nearest pickup point, while larger items and furniture are delivered on a pallet to the customer’s home. The carrier will notify you prior to delivery. Indoor delivery is not included.

Delivery confirmation

We will send you a delivery confirmation by email when the items leave our warehouse.

Right of Withdrawal

Alla produkter utom våra möbler kan returneras inom 14 dagar efter att ni fått er leverans. Gäller ej om produktens närmaste skyddsförpackning är bruten.

Våra möbler kan inte returneras då de är tillverkade specifikt för kund.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items from our outlet collection, as these are sold as final sale. 

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. (HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR FURNITURE).

Det innebär att om du köper en vara på Internet, har du möjlighet att ångra köpet inom 14 dagar räknat från den dag du tagit emot varan. Observera att detta inte innefattar beställningsvaror som möbler som tillverkas direkt för dig. Kontakta alltid oss via e-post på info@gad.se innan du returnerar varan. Brevet ska innehålla ordernummer, eventuellt fakturanummer och vilka varor du vill returnera.

De returnerade varorna ska vara oanvända och i originalförpackning med tillhörande emballage. Fri retur gäller för varor som skickas som paket (ej pall). En returfraktsedel är bifogad i ditt paket. Retur får ej ske som postförskott eller efterkrav. Det går också bra att lämna varan till G.A.D  Butik & Showroom i Visby på Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A.

If you cancel your purchase and return an item to us, the cost of the item will be refunded to you.
An order delivered via Schenker and not collected within 14 days will be returned to G.A.D at your expense.

Delivery time
Our furniture has a delivery time of 6–12 weeks, as each piece is made to order by our craftsmen.

Claims and Warranty
Alla produkter har ett års garanti samt tre års reklamationsrätt enligt konsumentköplagen. Garantin gäller från produktens ursprungliga inköpsdatum och i Sverige. Inköpskvittot eller orderbekräftelsen ska uppvisas. Om varan är defekt eller om vi har skickat fel vara står vi för returporto. Kontakta oss snarast eller senast inom 14 dagar på info@gad.se om du vill göra en reklamation.

Please make sure to package the item carefully, in the same way it was packaged when you received it, as you are responsible for the item during transport. The item must always be returned to G.A.D. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send you a replacement, carry out a repair, or refund the cost of the item.

Transport damage
Om en transportskada skulle uppstå ber vi dig att göra en anmälan om skadan till vår kundtjänst via e-post info@gad.se. Vi följer konsumentverkets riktlinjer och anmälan ska göras inom skälig tid efter det att du märkt eller borde ha märkt felet.

Reservation
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in pricing, product information, and stock availability. We also reserve the right to correct any such inaccuracies, even after a purchase has been completed.

Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant)
The personal data you provide when placing your order is used to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We also document certain communications with you via telephone or email in order to provide you with the best possible service and to follow up on your inquiries. The information stored includes your name, address, email, phone number, and IP address. If you pay by invoice through Klarna, your date of birth will also be stored.

Aktiebolaget Gotland Art & Design AB använder krypterad kommunikation via SSL för att säkerställa att dina personuppgifter skyddas vid köp. Information om kreditkort hanteras endast av Klarna i en förbindelse som är säker och krypterad.
