Köpvillkor

Säljaren kan kräva betalning för varan från det att den skickats från säljaren till köparen. Om köparen använder kredit- eller betalkort för betalning kan säljaren reservera köpeskillingen på kortet vid beställning. Kortet debiteras samma dag som varan skickas. Vid betalning med faktura utfärdas fakturan till köparen när varan skickas. Betalningsfristen framgår av fakturan och är minst 14 dagar från mottagandet. Köpare under 18 år kan inte betala med efterföljande faktura

All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK), including VAT.

Sales
Our online store currently serves customers within Sweden. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at info@gad.se for a shipping quote.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation for your purchase will be sent to you by email within one business day of placing your order.

Packaging
We care about the environment and therefore reuse packaging materials from other suppliers whenever possible when preparing our shipments. As a result, the outer packaging may feature logos or branding from companies other than those you have ordered from. However, your item will always come in its original packaging. We hope you, like us, appreciate the effort to reduce costs — including your shipping costs — and see the value in recycling and sustainability.

Payments
We offer payment by card and Klarna.  

Shipping
Fraktkostnaden är 69 kr för beställningar under 500 kr ifrån vårt sortiment G.A.D Details. Beställningar för minst 500 kr skickas fraktfritt.

You are also welcome to pick up your item at our store in Visby, located at Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A, 621 56 Visby. This option is, of course, free of charge regardless of the purchase amount.

Our furniture is always delivered free of charge with curbside delivery (to the curb or property boundary).

Shipping methods

Mindre varor skickas med Schenker till närmaste utlämningsställe och större varor/möbler skickas på pall hem till kunden. Transportören aviserar då innan leverans. Inbärning ingår ej.

Leveransbekräftelse

Vi skickar en leveransbekräftelse till dig via e-post i samband med att varorna lämnar oss.

Ångerrätt

All products, except our furniture, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply if the product’s immediate protective packaging has been opened.

Our furniture cannot be returned, as each piece is made to order specifically for the customer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items from our outlet collection, as these are sold as final sale. 

Som kund har du alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt enligt distansavtalslagen. (GÄLLER DOCK EJ VÅRA MÖBLER).

Det innebär att om du köper en vara på Internet, har du möjlighet att ångra köpet inom 14 dagar räknat från den dag du tagit emot varan. Observera att detta inte innefattar beställningsvaror som möbler som tillverkas direkt för dig. Kontakta alltid oss via e-post på shop@gad.se innan du returnerar varan. Brevet ska innehålla ordernummer, eventuellt fakturanummer och vilka varor du vill returnera.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all protective materials. Free return shipping applies to items sent as parcels (not pallet deliveries). A return shipping label is included in your package. Returns may not be sent cash on delivery (COD) or with payment on delivery. You are also welcome to return your item in person at the G.A.D Store & Showroom in Visby, located at Klosterbrunnsgatan 1A.

An order delivered via Schenker and not collected within 14 days will be returned to G.A.D at your expense.

Leveranstid
Våra möbler har 6-12 veckors leveranstid eftersom dem tillverkas på beställning av våra snickare.

Claims and Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty and a three-year right to claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The warranty is valid from the original purchase date and within Sweden. Proof of purchase or the order confirmation must be presented. If the item is defective or if we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible, or no later than within 14 days, at shop@gad.se if you wish to make a claim.

Please make sure to package the item carefully, in the same way it was packaged when you received it, as you are responsible for the item during transport. The item must always be returned to G.A.D. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send you a replacement, carry out a repair, or refund the cost of the item.

Transport damage
If transport damage occurs, please report the damage to our customer service via email at shop@gad.se. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency, and the report should be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect.

Reservation
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in pricing, product information, and stock availability. We also reserve the right to correct any such inaccuracies, even after a purchase has been completed.

Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant)
De personuppgifter du uppger när du gör din beställning använder vi för att kunna fullfölja våra åtaganden mot dig som kund. Vi dokumenterar dessutom viss kommunikation som vi har med dig via telefon eller e-post, för att kunna ge dig bästa service och följa upp dina ärenden. De uppgifter som sparas är namn, adress, e-post, telefonnummer och IP-adress. Om du betalar med faktura genom Klarna sparas ditt födelsedatum.

Aktiebolaget Gotland Art & Design AB använder krypterad kommunikation via SSL för att säkerställa att dina personuppgifter skyddas vid köp. Information om kreditkort hanteras endast av Klarna i en förbindelse som är säker och krypterad. Vid hantering av dina personuppgifter arbetar vi även efter en intern säkerhetspolicy framtagen för att säkerställa att vi följer gällande lagkrav.

Dina personuppgifter hanteras endast av Aktiebolaget Gotland Art & Design AB och de parter som är involverade i hanteringen av ditt köp. Dina personuppgifter kommer inte att delas med obehöriga.
