Lambda is a freestanding coat rack with a clear graphic character — an expressive piece that fits equally well in a hallway, bedroom, hotel room, or office environment. Designed to be both functional and visually light, it carries G.A.D’s signature design language: honest materials, precise proportions, and minimalist precision.

Lambda combines solid wood with a brushed steel frame. The rounded wood adds warmth and tactile appeal, while the steel frame provides structure and direction. Together, they form a freestanding piece that requires no wall mounting — easy to place, move, and use in various settings.
The upper wooden rod serves as a hanging surface for hangers, while the lower platform can be used for shoes, bags, or folded garments. Despite its slim profile, Lambda is very stable — a result of balanced construction and solid material choices.
Wood and steel meet in precise joints — handcrafted in G.A.D’s workshop on Gotland.
