Hejnum is a subtle yet expressive coffee table that carries G.A.D’s design DNA in every detail — solid wood, precise craftsmanship, and a design where the balance between function and aesthetics is obvious. A piece that fits equally well in both modern and classic homes.
The first versions of the Hejnum coffee table were designed by Kristian Eriksson as early as 2001, with the goal of creating a series of tables that combine a light and airy design language with the weight and soul of massive materials. Only a few updates have been made since then, and the Hejnum coffee table — now consisting of four models — continues to be a contemporary and beloved classic suitable for many environments.
We manufacture all our furniture in solid wood — birch and oak — which can be painted or finished in a variety of colors and shades. You can make Hejnum your own — regardless of your style. Hejnum also offers our signature tops in Gotland limestone, Jämtland limestone, or Swedish diabase. Last but not least, you can also choose between two different heights, 45 or 50 cm, depending on your preference.
Hejnum is one of our most beloved coffee tables, made in solid birch or oak. The robust top, which can be ordered in wood or limestone, meets the base with precise joinery. The design is minimalist yet warm, with clear proportions and a sturdy feel that still feels light in the room. The table legs are attached with precision — a technically demanding detail that enhances the table’s visual harmony.
